Pumpkin Bagel & Schmear
Breakfast at Einstein's is the best you can get on "the drag" in Austin. If only it were a 24-hour joint like competitor Kerbey Lane, but I guess anyone who wants some yummy bfast has to get up early--it closes at 4 pm everyday. The breakfast and lunch items are available at all times I believe. The past weekend, I woke up really late but still had time for a breakfast treat:. I couldn't resist the pumpkin offerings. The Pumpkin Poppers caught my eye once I entered, but I got distracted by the Pumpkin Bagel & Schmear.
Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino
from Starbucks
I pass by delicious coffee smells from Starbucks many a time during the week, but I don't usually buy myself a cup. It's like a luxury to buy coffee---so I feel like an addict recently, in October and anticipate visiting this month as well, just to buy a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.
I normally find Starbucks too strong, but this pumpkin one sounds great. Wonder if they have it in France??
ReplyDeleteHi Crystal--
ReplyDeleteNow you've got me curious as well...let me know if you find it in France. If not, you can always find a great recipe for it!
I love pumpkin too, when it's in season, and both of those treats look absolutely delicious!
ReplyDeleteThat is one beauty of a photo. Even though I never do starbucks - not a great coffee drinker, plus there are only a ocuple of starbucks cafes in the Netherlands - 2 if memory serves me right! Welcome to the foodies blog roll
ReplyDeleteSimply Life-- Hi there! Yeah, those are probably my top 2 favs, along with Whataburger's $1 Pumpkin Pie-ish thing. But there are so many more pumpkin-flavored desserts to try.
ReplyDeleteKitchen Butterfly--Thank you for the warm welcome! And I found the pic on foodbeast (it's linked to it).
